About me

My name is Samantha, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges, transitions, and times of uncertainty.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I also work with people who aren’t quite sure what they need, but know something doesn’t feel right. What I enjoy most about this work is helping people better understand themselves and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. From there, we can start figuring out what they want and how to move forward with more confidence.

My approach is warm and straightforward. I don’t think you need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can show up as you are, even if you’re not quite sure what you need or where to start. We will take things at your pace and work together to make sense of what’s going on.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

Outside of therapy, I’m usually spending time with my husband, our son, and our dog, Kaia. I love traveling, getting lost in a good book or podcast, trying new restaurants, and enjoying the little things that make life feel full.

Like most people, I’ve had my own seasons of change and uncertainty. Those experiences have given me an even deeper appreciation for how helpful it can be to have someone in your corner when life feels complicated. I love to bring that perspective into my work.
